1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, organisation, and messages submitted through our contact forms or listing applications. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, browser type, IP address) through analytics tools to understand how the platform is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, facilitate introductions between HealthTech companies and healthcare providers, send relevant platform updates (with your consent), and improve GetNetwork services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
When you submit a partnership inquiry through GetNetwork, your name, organisation, and message are shared with the relevant listed party to facilitate the introduction. We do not share your contact information with third parties outside of this facilitated introduction context without your consent.
4. Health Data
GetNetwork is a marketplace and directory platform. We do not collect or process patient health data. If you are a HealthTech company that handles patient data through your own products, you are responsible for compliance with the Vietnam Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD) and applicable health data regulations.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and inquiry data for up to 24 months for the purpose of facilitating follow-up. Listing information submitted by HealthTech companies is retained for as long as the listing is active. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
GetNetwork uses essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for third-party advertising. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.
7. Your Rights
Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by GetNetwork. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@getnetwork.net with the subject line "Data Rights Request".
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. We promptly investigate any suspected data security incidents.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of GetNetwork after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
