1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetNetwork (getnetwork.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, HealthTech companies with listings, and healthcare provider organisations using the platform.
2. Platform Description
GetNetwork is a marketplace platform connecting HealthTech companies ("Solution Providers") with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations ("Healthcare Providers") in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. GetNetwork facilitates introductions and provides information but does not itself provide healthcare services or medical technology products.
3. Listings and Content
Solution Providers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing information. GetNetwork reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Verified status reflects a review process at a point in time and does not constitute an endorsement of a product's clinical efficacy or regulatory compliance.
4. Introductions and Partnerships
GetNetwork facilitates introductions between parties. We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a partnership, pilot, or commercial agreement. The terms of any partnership, pilot, or contract entered into between a Solution Provider and a Healthcare Provider are entirely between those parties. GetNetwork is not a party to any such agreement.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use GetNetwork to post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, harvest contact information for unsolicited communications, or attempt to access platform systems without authorisation. Violation of these terms may result in removal from the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The GetNetwork platform, including its design, copy, and underlying code, is the property of GetNetwork. Listed companies retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting a listing, you grant GetNetwork a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating connections.
7. Limitation of Liability
GetNetwork provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, the suitability of any partnership, or uninterrupted platform availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, GetNetwork is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your personal data. By using GetNetwork, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at getnetwork.net/privacy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
